Engraved in bottom Stand: 'Practical model 29,7574' and 'Dez. Pat. No.106664'.
The key to wind the music is the little japanese girl on the top of the stand.. Turn lower body (head is movable by itself) clockwise; girl rotates with music. To start the music lift either one or both of the shakers.
Item comes with original box, with only label of price: 'Y1300'.

However, the one in Sale was opened up and showed an old (fifties or earlier?) all metal Sankyo Japan music mechanism, cylinder from a roll, not welded, 19 teeth mechanism with a ' C ' on the cylinder.
