Enesco A Bit o'Blarney Irish Dwarf

It is a bank, as coins can be deposited via the hole in the top and retrieved via the hole in the bottom.
Dropping in a coin depresses a lever that frees the music mechanism and, provided the music mechanism has been wound, plays the music.
The music plays for approx. 10 seconds. The lever then resets and stops the wheel and the music, till the next coin is dropped.
