Otagiri Musical Bank 4-Storey House

It is a bank, as coins can be deposited via the hole in the top and retrieved via the hole in the bottom, ( noplastic stopper here).
Dropping in a coin depresses a lever that frees the music mechanism and, provided the music mechanism has been wound, plays the music.
The music plays for approx. 12 seconds. The lever then slides back into a hole in the back of the rotating wheel near the spring and stops the wheel and the music, till the next coin is dropped.

Misc. Information

Exactly same design as A 197 004, but completely different coloting and song. A misguided soul has glued the top on, meant to be loose, and music mechanism is not now accessible.
