Insert one of the records in the small room in the yellow holder, turn the red handle clockwise and blow the trumpet and the music will sound. It can also be operated by blowing and playing with the 3 buttons on top (push down), blue button not working perfectly..
There are 3 records each with a song on each side, 6 songs in total as follows: London Bridge and Freres Jacques (numbered 1A), Pop goes the Weasel and Mary had a little Lamb (numbered 2) and When the Saints go Marching in and She'll be coming round the Mountain (numbered 3A).
