Fisher Price Whistling Kettle 2113

Lift handle and it comes down slowly while the kettle makes a whistling noise. The lid on the pouring side of the kettle goes lightly up and down with the whistling sound. The yellow button on top of the lid opens the lid on the pouring side if depressed.
