The rectangular red knob on the left front is the on/off switch. The red pipe with blue top on the top can be depressed down and when the on/off switch is put on the 'on' position, it shoots up. However, it does not act as an on/off switch by itself.
The rotating wheel behind the front window depicts a dog chasing a cat chasing mice chasing birds, etc.and rotates while music plays.
