Pull the white plastic handle on the right side and the chip voice gives the time and an admonition ('it is 5 o'clock and time to put the the toys away'). The top arm of Mickey Mouse points to the time on the clock (only that arm moves) and in the small window between the shoes the time indicated appears. However, the 3 actions, voice, arm, window indicator, are not in sync.
